Jim Going join PNFP Real Estate Capital Markets in 2017 as senior vice president and head of the multifamily small-balance lending (SBL) team. 

Jim has more than 25 years of experience providing services to the financial institution sector, primarily specializing in small-balance commercial real estate and multifamily lending. These services include mergers and acquisitions, portfolio management, operations, compliance, audits, loan originations, loan acquisitions and disposition, and securitizations. 

Prior to joining PNFP, Jim was the chief executive officer of a non-bank specialty finance company that focused on small-balance commercial real estate and multifamily debt opportunities. He has been asked to speak on the topic of small-balance commercial real estate lending at industry conferences and has been featured and or quoted in several industry journals.

Jim earned both a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Arkansas State University and has passed the Certified Public Accountants exam.

Carla Crocker joined PNFP Real Estate Captial Markets as senior vice president and credit advisor for the SBL team in May 2018.

She has more than 25 years of experience in providing services to financial institutions, primarily specializing in commercial real estate and multi-family lending. These services include underwriting, operations, portfolio management, compliance, as well as securitizations.

Prior to joining PNFP, Carla was an underwriter for Greystone Servicing Corporation, Inc. for six years and responsible for underwriting both Freddie Mac SBL and Fannie Mae products. Prior to Greystone, she served in various roles for Magna Bank (now Pinnacle) for nine years, focused on the Freddie Mac conventional side of the business.

Patricia “Tricia” Drew joined PNFP Real Estate Capital Markets in 2019 as senior vice president, commercial & residential director, loan servicing for the commercial real estate team, focused on servicing and asset management for the Freddie Mac and LifeCo portfolios. 

Tricia is a multi-faceted commercial investment professional with expertise in the acquisition, servicing and management of performing and non-performing commercial real estate loans.  

In her prior role, she led the commercial whole loan asset management team for Waterfall Asset Management, LLC, a leading high yield, hedge fund based in New York City with approximately $8.0 billion in assets under management. She also managed the due diligence and underwriting teams and developed a strategic direction to promote scalability for sustainable portfolio growth.

Johnny Lee joined the PNFP Real Estate Capital Markets team in 2019 as senior vice president and originator on the SBL team. His expertise is in financing commercial real estate in all major asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, industrial and construction loans.

Prior to joining PNFP, Johnny served as vice president of originations at Banc of California, a community bank where he helped grow the loan volume to $1.2 billion per year. He began his career at JPMorgan Chase Bank in 2007, serving in various roles including underwriting new debt assignment, business development and advising major clients on strategic debt. Johnny earned several President’s Club Awards at JP Morgan Chase.

Jess Stinnett joined PNFP Real Estate Capital Markets in 2019 as a loan originator on the firm’s Dallas, TX, SBL multifamily loans team.

Jess’ career began in 2008 in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, where he worked for real estate development company Meritage Homes as a land analyst. He transitioned to the financial services aspect of commercial real estate in 2010 with a move to JP Morgan Chase Bank, where he held multiple positions with progressive responsibility across 10 years, concluding with management of multi-billion dollar commercial real estate portfolios and associated clients.

Alex Yates joined PNFP Real Estate Capital Markets in 2015 as senior vice president and financial advisor in the SBL team’s Memphis, TN, office. He focuses on nationwide loan originations and is responsible for developing and growing relationships with commercial mortgage bankers, brokers and financial institutions throughout the country.

Yates began his financial services career in 2006 and spent nine years with Medalist Capital in Charlotte, NC, where he advised clients on the placement of debt and equity capital. His clients included public and private REITs, private equity funds, regional and local developers and family offices.

Prior to joining PNFP, he was a vice president in the capital markets group in the Memphis, TN office of Cushman & Wakefield.
