Tyler Muesch joined PNFP Real Estate Capital Markets in 2015, bringing nine years of commercial real estate lending experience. Prior to joining PNFP he was with Regions Bank, where his roles included commercial real estate relationship manager, special assets regional credit manager and commercial real estate credit underwriter. Tyler is based at Pinnacle’s downtown Nashville office at Symphony Place.
Previously Tyler worked for SunTrust Bank as a commercial real estate portfolio specialist. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Tennessee.
Tyler is passionate about the American Heart Association, serving on the organization’s Nashville Pulse Board and the executive leadership team for the Nashville Heart Walk. He also serves on the board of directors of the Ronald McDonald House and is active in the Nashville chapter of NAIOP, a commercial real estate development association.
Rick Neal joined PNFP Real Estate Capital Markets in 2015, bringing 28 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining PNFP, he was senior vice president and head of the commercial real estate group at Trustmark Bank. Rick is based at Pinnacle’s Shady Grove office in Memphis, where he also leads the firm’s affordable housing initiative.
Rick served for 23 years at First Tennessee Bank, where he led its commercial real estate lending group in Memphis, Nashville and North Carolina. He also established and managed the bank’s affordable housing investment group.
Rick earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Rhodes College. He is active in the Memphis community and has served as chairman of the Blight Authority of Memphis. Rick previously served on the grant committee for the Community Foundation of Memphis.
Edwin Pugh joined PNFP Real Estate Capital Markets in 2017 when Pinnacle purchased Bank of North Carolina (BNC), where Edwin had served as commercial relationship manager since 2014. He is based in Pinnacle’s Glenwood Avenue office in Raleigh, NC.
Prior to Edwin’s work at BNC, he worked for SunTrust Bank as relationship manager for commercial real estate developers and investors. He also has served in similar roles at Keystone Corporation and Bank of America.
Edwin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Tom Vester joined PNFP Real Estate Capital Markets in 2008, bringing 30 years of experience in commercial real estate lending. He is based at Pinnacle’s Northshore office in Knoxville. Prior to joining PNFP, Tom was manager of Fifth Third Bank’s commercial lending division.
He began his career in banking in 1978 and served as manager of commercial lending for 14 years with National Bank of Commerce.
Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He is the former president of the Bearden High School Foundation and currently serves on an Allocation Committee for United Way of Greater Knoxville.
